Russian Chicken

  • 1 bottle wish-bone Russian dressing (no substitute)
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 10 oz apricot preserves
  • 8 boneless chicken breasts

Mix all ingredients together marinate chicken overnight. Cook in broiler pan topped with aluminum foil (for easier clean up) for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.

Serve with white rice.
